To our Clients, Partners, and Future Customers:
Hudson Headwaters 340B is adapting to the changing landscape of COVID-19, which involved extensive monitoring of the CDC and WHO guidelines. As our business is positioned within a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are staying up to date on the latest precautions and taking measures to see no interruption to our 340B business.
- We have carefully transitioned our team to a home-based social distance model to allow for continued data processing, reporting, auditing, and regular communications. Our staff and key contacts will remain available to you via email. Our team members are not able to answer calls to their direct lines but can provide new conference line information when scheduling through an email communication. Updates will be provided on any further changes with additional messaging to be provided from your dedicated client representative.
- The 2020 Client Forum will be cancelled at this time due to evolving state of this global pandemic and our understanding that our key contacts will be recovering from this situation in their own regions for the foreseeable future. It would be hard to expect commitment or certainty in a time that is so uncertain for us all. Further communication will come shortly to registered attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
- Mock HRSA Auditing and Consulting Arrangements remain remote capable. Our process has always allowed and encouraged remote auditing as a cost saving measure for entities where we are still able to provide a full audit experience and final report. Please contact us if this is something your entity may be interested in for 2020.
As the COVID-19 outbreak evolves over the next few months, we look forward to remaining flexible and optimistic for the day when this disease is not impacting our communities. If you have any questions or concerns please contact your client representative, key contact, or through our website.
-Your Dedicated Team at Hudson Headwaters 340B
