The Hudson Headwaters 340B team is joining with our parent company, Hudson Headwaters Health Network (HHHN), to meet the local need for Blood Donations for the Red Cross. The Distance Saves Lives Blood Drive series reminds donors that it is possible to safely come together to provide blood donations for those in need as the pandemic continues.
When: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., every other Wednesday from November 4th through January 27th

When Hudson Headwaters 340B became a wholly owned subsidiary of HHHN, the team wanted to maintain community involvement. Many members of the Hudson 340B team have already signed up for the first donation event this Wednesday, and will continue to support the cause through January. Other local organizations have joined the challenge including the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce, Hudson River Community Credit Union, Glens Falls Hospital, The Six Flags Great Escape, SUNY Adirondack, and TCT Federal Credit Union.
The Hudson Headwaters 340B team encourages our clients nationwide to use the link above and find local blood drives in their communities to help address the critical need. The Red Cross now provides COVID-19 antibody testing on all blood donations to assess for immune response to COVID-19 regardless of present symptoms.
