The Hudson Headwaters 340B team is excited to announce a monthly virtual webinar series for our clients and partners in lieu of an annual in-person client event. The series will start in May and continue through December 2021 and provide an opportunity to access educational hot topics and best practices.
In May 2018, the Hudson 340B team hosted the inaugural Client Forum event in Lake Placid, NY and brought together clients, sponsors, and partners in 340B for multi-day sessions and networking. The event continued in Lake Placid for 2019 and had an anticipated new location of Glens Falls, NY in 2020. The close proximity of the COVID-19 outbreak lead to the cancellation of the 2020 event and started the planning process to consider virtual options for 2021. Hudson 340B looks forward to the return of gathering safely in-person, but in the meantime is excited to be able to have impactful conversations in the virtual space.
It’s the rule of threes! We made it easier than ever to know when our webinars will be as they will all follow the same pattern: the third Wednesday of every month at 3pm. The only exception is the first webinar will start at 2pm to accommodate a larger kickoff to the series. See the preliminary outline below:

As an exhibitor and sponsor for many national conferences this year, the Hudson 340B team is aware that full days of virtual sessions can be difficult to maintain engagement. Our goal continues to be creating content that benefits our network and allows for the most involvement. Hosting this series in the monthly setting will give attendees time to plan for each session, and individual opportunities to connect with speakers and sponsors.
